Service Safari & Five Factors

Gudrun finds it hard to move around in the shop due to narrow walk paths and when her children are with here there are lots of places to loose sight of them. Because products are distributed around different areas of the shop it forces one to search and move. Its nice that the children's books, toys and the cafeteria are located next to each others. The Cafeteria is a bit noisy. Easy to use elevators is a good thing.
